Ingredients

  • 1 (2-pound) pork tenderloin
  • 2 cups barbeque sauce
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

Step 1 -Add the pork tenderloin to a 6-quart slow cooker.

Step 2 -In a bowl, add the barbeque sauce, the mustard, the chili powder, and the kosher salt and mix to combine.

Step 3 -Pour the sauce all over the pork tenderloin.

Step 4 -Cover the slow cooker and cook until the pork tenderloin reaches an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees F, about 2 hours-2 hours 30 minutes on high heat or 4 hours on low heat.

Step 5 -Place the pork tenderloin on a cutting board and let it rest, about 10 minutes.

Step 6 -Slice the pork tenderloin.

Step 7 -Serve the pork tenderloin drizzled with the sauce.
