Just how easy is it? Just whisk creamy or chunky peanut butter and sweet, flavorful maple syrup together, let it hang out in the freezer for a bit, and very quickly you'll find your sweet desires satisfied! Easy Peanut Butter Fudge is also the perfect treat when you have "extra" kids over or for that special holiday occasion with people who love good sweets. Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, regular or chunky
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Directions

Step 1 -In a medium bowl, add the peanut butter and the maple syrup and whisk until combined.

Step 2 -Evenly pour the peanut butter mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper.

Step 3 -Place a second sheet of parchment paper on top of the peanut butter mixture and press down carefully so the peanut butter mixture is evenly flattened to about a 1-1 1/2-inch thickness.

Step 4 -Transfer the peanut butter mixture onto a baking sheet and put it in the freezer to harden for at least 10 minutes and up to 8 hours.

Step 5 -Transfer the frozen fudge to a cutting board and using a sharp knife, cut it into serving size pieces.

Step 6 -Serve.
