Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 1/2 cup cashews, chopped
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dillweed
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 croissants, split
Directions
Step 1 -In a small bowl, add the chicken, the grapes, the cashews, the celery, the parmesan, and the green onions and stir to combine.
Step 2 -In a separate bowl, add the mayonnaise, the buttermilk, the lemon juice, the dillweed, the parsley, the salt, the garlic powder, and the pepper and whisk to combine.
Step 3 -Add the mayonnaise mixture to the chicken mixture and fold and stir to combine well.
Step 4 -Spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto the croissant bottoms.
Step 5 -Replace the tops of the croissants and serve.
