Ingredients

  • 5 cups turkey, shredded and cooked
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can green beans, drained
  • 1/2 onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • 4 cups prepared stuffing
  • thyme, optional, to taste, for garnish
  • cranberry sauce, optional, to taste, for serving

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 -Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Step 3 -At the bottom of the prepared dish, evenly spread the shredded turkey.

Step 4 -In a medium-sized bowl, combine the soup, the sour cream, the green beans, the salt, and the pepper.

Step 5 -Pour the soup mixture over the turkey in the dish.

Step 6 -Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.

Step 7 -Spread the mashed potatoes over the cheese.

Step 8 -Top the mashed potatoes with the stuffing.

Step 9 -Bake uncovered until bubbly and lightly browned on top, about 35-40 minutes.

Step 10 -Serve hot with the thyme and the cranberry sauce.
