Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 slices sourdough bread, toasted
  • 2 cups leftover roasted turkey
  • 1/2 cup leftover mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup leftover stuffing
  • 1/4 cup warm gravy
  • 1/4 cup baby spinach, optional

Directions

Step 1 -Using a small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and mustard.

Step 2 -Spread 1 side of 2 slices of the bread with the mayo and mustard mixture.

Step 3 -Evenly divide the turkey, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, stuffing, gravy, and spinach on top of the mustard and mayo-smeared slices.

Step 4 -Place the second slices of the bread on top to complete the sandwiches.

Step 5 -Serve.
