Tee-Time Egg Salad is exactly what you should bring when putting on the green or driving across the links — a savory, hearty, creamy egg salad of the most classic sort, served with soft white bread as a spread or a sandwich! Even if you don't like golfing, Tee-Time Egg Salad makes for great picnicking on green lawns!
Ingredients
- For the egg salad:
- 6 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/8 teaspoon sweet paprika
- Optional, for serving:
- sweet paprika, to taste
- fresh chives, to taste, chopped
- white bread, to taste
Directions
Step 1 -On a cutting board, very finely chop the eggs, aiming for pieces the size of peas or smaller.
Step 2 -In a bowl, add the chopped eggs, the mayonnaise, and 1/8 teaspoon of the paprika and mix until the egg yolks and the mayonnaise combine into a creamy sauce.
Step 3 -Garnish the egg salad with the extra paprika, sprinkle with the chives, and serve with the white bread.
