What a perfect pairing for sweet and succulent chops! Oh, and the mushroom sauce is so simple and so delicious! Well, Stuffed Pork Chop Bake may not be traditional but it sure is tasty!

Ingredients

  • 1 (6-ounce) box stuffing mix
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 pounds (1/2-3/4-inch-thick) pork chops, boneless
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 -In a bowl, add the stuffing mix and the broth and stir to combine.

Step 3 -Set the stuffing mixture aside.

Step 4 -In a 9x13-inch baking dish, add the pork chops in a single layer.

Step 5 -Pour the cream of mushroom soup evenly over the chops.

Step 6 -Once the stuffing mixture has absorbed all of the broth, add it to the baking dish and spread it out evenly over top of the pork chops.

Step 7 -Cover the baking dish with foil and bake it for 30 minutes.

Step 8 -Remove and discard the foil and rotate the baking dish.

Step 9 -Bake until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees F, about 10 minutes.

Step 10 -Serve.
