  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 large zucchini, julienned
  • 3 large carrots, julienned
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Directions

Step 1 -Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Step 2 -Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
