Ingredients

  • 1 (9.3-ounce) bag microwave popcorn, preferably natural-flavored
  • 16 ounces white chocolate chips
  • red and green sprinkles, to taste

Directions

Step 1 -Line a large baking sheet with wax paper.

Step 2 -In the microwave, pop the popcorn according to the package directions.

Step 3 -Transfer the popped popcorn to the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly.

Step 4 -Remove and discard any unpopped kernels.

Step 5 -In a medium, microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate.

Step 6 -Melt the white chocolate in the microwave, cooking it in 30-second intervals and stirring between each interval until smooth.

Step 7 -Pour the white chocolate over the popcorn and toss until it is fully coated.

Step 8 -Spread the coated popcorn out in a single, even layer.

Step 9 -Add the sprinkles evenly to the popcorn.

Step 10 -Allow the popcorn to set at room temperature or place the baking sheet in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Step 11 -Serve.
