Ingredients
- For the drink:
- 16 ounces frozen pineapple chunks
- 3 ounces white rum
- 2/3 cups coconut milk, plus more, to taste
- Optional, for garnish:
- fresh pineapple wedges, to taste
- maraschino cherries, to taste
- 2 paper umbrellas
Directions
Step 1 -Add the frozen pineapple chunks, the rum, and 2/3 cups of the coconut milk to a blender and pulse until smooth.
Step 2 -Add the extra coconut milk to thin it out, as desired.
Step 3 -Garnish with the pineapple wedges and the cherries.
Step 4 -Serve with the umbrellas.
