Ingredients
- 6 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced
- 1 Granny Smith apple or Bosc pear, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup pecans, toasted or glazed
- 2 ounces soft goat cheese or feta cheese, crumbled
- 10 tablespoons apple cider vinegar dressing or similar vinaigrette
Directions
Step 1 -Place the mixed greens on a platter.
Step 2 -Top the greens with the pomegranate seeds, the shallot, the apple, the pecans, and the goat cheese.
Step 3 -Toss the salad with the dressing.
Step 4 -Serve.
