Crispy, succulent bacon mixed into a cheesy, creamy, tangy dipping sauce with hints of mustard... it becomes a question of what you have available for dipping? Make sure you have enough, because you'll want to clean the bowl of this dip!

Ingredients

  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, cubed
  • 4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 16 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled, plus more, to taste, for garnish
  • tortilla chips, optional, to taste, for serving

Directions

Step 1 -In a 1 1/2-quart slow cooker, add the cream cheese, the cheddar cheese, the half-and-half, the Worcestershire sauce, the minced onion, and the mustard and stir to combine.

Step 2 -Cover the slow cooker and cook, while stirring occasionally, until all of the cheese is melted, about 2-3 hours.

Step 3 -Add the 16 crumbled bacon strips and stir to combine.

Step 4 -Garnish with the extra crumbled bacon and serve warm with the tortilla chips.
