Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken thighs, bone-in and skin on
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- parsley, chopped, optional, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 -Place the chicken in a shallow baking dish, skin side up.
Step 3 -Combine the melted butter, honey, mustard, salt, and curry powder until well-mixed, and pour the sauce over the chicken.
Step 4 -Bake the chicken until browned, tender, and cooked through, basting every 15 minutes with the pan drippings, about 75 minutes.
Step 5 -Serve hot!
