Ingredients

  • 2 tubes of refrigerated pizza crust
  • garlic salt, to taste
  • Italian seasoning, to taste
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded, plus more to taste
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni, sliced and chopped
  • marinara sauce, optional, for dipping

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2 -Lightly grease a baking dish.

Step 3 -Dust a large surface with flour.

Step 4 -Roll out each pizza crust.

Step 5 -Sprinkle the garlic salt and Italian seasoning directly onto each crust.

Step 6 -Add the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses and diced pepperoni, spreading it within 1/2 inch of the edges of the crust.

Step 7 -Starting with a short end, carefully roll the crust into a tight log.

Step 8 -Using a serrated knife, slice each roll into 1-inch sections.

Step 9 -Place the pizza rolls on the prepared pan.

Step 10 -Bake until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes.
