This Fall Salsa is autumnal and amazing! Bright, tart, sweet fruit flavors are blended together with floral honey, spicy jalapeño, and aromatic cilantro for a distinct dip experience! Served with tortilla chips, toast, or atop sandwiches, Fall Salsa adds a touch of seasonal sensationalism you can't find anywhere else! Dig in and love it to the fullest!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 Anjou pear, peeled and chopped
- 1 large apple, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 red onion, chopped
- 1/2 jalapeño, chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 orange, juiced
- 4 tablespoons honey, plus more, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, plus more, to taste
- lime wedges, optional, to taste, for garnish
- tortilla chips, optional, to taste, for serving
Directions
Step 1 -In a food processor, add the cranberries, the pears, the apples, the red onions, the jalapeños, the cilantro, the lime juice, the orange juice, 4 tablespoons of the honey, and 1/4 teaspoon of the salt.
Step 2 -Cover the food processor and blend the cranberry mixture until it is smooth.
Step 3 -Taste the salsa and add the extra honey and the extra salt, as needed.
Step 4 -Serve with the lime wedges and the tortilla chips.
