  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 cups whole corn kernels
  • cracker crumbs, to taste
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 -Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

Step 3 -In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the butter and the flour and cook until melted and combined, about 5-7 minutes.

Step 4 -Add the milk to the sauce mixture and stir continuously until the sauce thickens.

Step 5 -Add the corn to the sauce mixture and mix well.

Step 6 -Add the corn mixture to the prepared dish and sprinkle with the cracker crumbs and the cheese.

Step 7 -Bake the corn mixture until it is heated through and the cheese has melted, about 30-45 minutes.
