Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 5 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 bay leaf

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Step 2 -In a large, resealable plastic bag, add the flour, the salt, the thyme, the marjoram, and the black pepper.

Step 3 -Add the potatoes to the plastic bag and seal the bag.

Step 4 -Shake to coat the potatoes in the seasonings mixture.

Step 5 -In a 9x13-inch baking dish, add the melted butter and the garlic and stir to combine.

Step 6 -Add the coated potatoes and the bay leaf to the prepared baking dish and toss to coat.

Step 7 -Cover the baking dish with foil.

Step 8 -Bake the potatoes for 20 minutes.

Step 9 -Remove the foil and stir the potatoes.

Step 10 -Bake until the potatoes are tender on the inside and crispy on the outside, about 15-20 minutes.

Step 11 -Serve.
