You can’t go wrong with Classic Tuna Salad! Do you want it in a sandwich, on top of crackers, or draped over a salad? Go for it! Classic Tuna Salad is the right balance of sweet and savory so it goes well in almost any context! With notes of fattiness and citrus brightness, this is a refreshing lunchtime option!
Ingredients
- 2 (12-ounce) cans chunk light tuna in water, drained
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- bread, optional, of your choice, to taste
Directions
Step 1 -Combine the tuna, the celery, the walnuts, the green onions, the mayonnaise, the lemon juice, the pepper, and the salt in a bowl, stirring to combine.
Step 2 -Serve on the bread.
