Ingredients

  • 5-6 cups mashed potatoes, cooked and warm
  • 1 cup canned corn
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, freshly grated
  • 8 chicken tenders, breaded, cooked, and sliced into bite-size pieces
  • 1 (1-ounce) packet brown gravy mix

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2 -Spread the potatoes in the bottom of a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

Step 3 -Top the potatoes with the corn and the cheese.

Step 4 -Top the cheese with the chicken.

Step 5 -Bake until the casserole is warmed through, about 15 minutes.

Step 6 -While the casserole is baking, prepare the gravy packet according to the package directions.

Step 7 -Drizzle the gravy over the cooked casserole.

Step 8 -Serve.
