Ingredients
- 12 ounces bow tie pasta
- 3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 1/2 cups cheese, cheddar, shredded, plus more, to taste, for topping
- 1 (15-ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 (7-ounce) can diced green chiles
- 1 tablespoon onions, minced
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 -Cook the bow tie pasta to al dente, according to the package directions.
Step 3 -Drain the pasta and transfer it to a large mixing bowl.
Step 4 -Add the chicken, the bacon, 2 1/2 cups of the cheese, the corn, the diced tomatoes with green chilies, the green chiles, the onions, the ranch dressing, and the barbecue sauce to the pasta, tossing to combine.
Step 5 -Transfer the chicken mixture to a 9x13-inch casserole dish and top it with the extra cheese.
Step 6 -Bake until the casserole is hot and the cheese is melted, for about 15-20 minutes.
