Ingredients
- 16 (4-ounce) chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons celery salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 1/2 butter-flavored crackers, plus more as needed, crushed
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- rice, optional, for serving
- salad, optional, for serving
Directions
Step 1 -Place the chicken breasts in 2 large shallow bowls.
Step 2 -In another bowl, combine the sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, pepper, paprika, seasoned salt, and garlic salt.
Step 3 -Pour the marinade over the chicken, turning the chicken so everything is evenly coated.
Step 4 -Cover the bowls with the chicken and let the chicken marinate for at least 8 hours and up to overnight.
Step 5 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 6 -Grease two 9x13-inch baking dishes.
Step 7 -Drain and discard the marinade.
Step 8 -Coat the chicken with the cracker crumbs.
Step 9 -Place the chicken in an even layer in the prepared baking dishes.
Step 10 -Combine the oil and melted butter.
Step 11 -Drizzle the butter mixture over the chicken.
Step 12 -Bake uncovered until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 30-35 minutes.
