- 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce, plus more to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
- 2 (6-ounce) cans refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons Italian parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, grated
- 1 tablespoon parmesan, grated
Directions

Step 2 -Grease a cast-iron skillet.
Step 3 -In a medium bowl, mix the chicken, the mozzarella, the cream cheese, the ranch dressing, 1/4 cup of the Buffalo sauce, the salt, the pepper, the blue cheese, and the chives until the chicken is well-coated. Set the chicken mixture aside.

Step 7 -Place the biscuit balls seam-side down in the greased skillet.
Step 8 -In a small bowl, whisk the melted butter, the parsley, the garlic, and the parmesan together.
Step 9 -Brush the biscuit balls with the herb-butter.
