The Billionaire's Club Pork Chop Dinner has a wealth of flavors ready to impress your discerning tastebuds: crisp green beans, tender red potatoes, and savory pork chops, with the zesty, spicy blend of Creole seasoning to make each bite a goldmine of good tastes! The chops themselves are seasoned with fragrant Italian seasoning and floral, sweet honey to make them the best they can be! And everything is baked on just one sheet! Time to move on up to the high life with this Billionaire's Club Pork Chop Dinner!
Ingredients
- For the veggies:
- 1 1/2 pounds red potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
- 12 ounces fresh green beans, ends trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- For the pork chops:
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 (1/2-inch-thick) pork chops, boneless
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2 -Spray a large sheet tray with cooking spray.
Step 3 -Place the potatoes on one half of the tray.
Step 4 -Place the green beans on the other half.
Step 5 -Drizzle all of the veggies with the olive oil.
Step 6 -Sprinkle the potatoes and the green beans with 1 1/2 teaspoons of the Creole seasoning, the garlic powder, the onion powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of the black pepper.
Step 7 -Toss the veggies until coated well in the oil and the spices.
Step 8 -Bake the veggie mixture for 20 minutes, flipping the mixture over about halfway through cooking.
Step 9 -Mix together the honey, the minced garlic, the Italian seasoning, the remaining Creole seasoning, and the remaining black pepper together in a small bowl.
Step 10 -Place the pork chops and the seasoning mixture into a large bowl and mix until the pork chops are coated.
Step 11 -Push the veggies to one side of the sheet tray.
Step 12 -Add the pork chops to the empty space of the baking tray.
Step 13 -Bake until the pork chops reach at least 145 degrees F internally, about 12-15 minutes.
Step 14 -Serve immediately.
