Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup strawberry-rhubarb jam, homemade or store-bought
  • 2 1/2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 bananas, peeled, broken into large pieces

Directions

Step 1 -In a blender, add all of the ingredients and cover with the lid.

Step 2 -Process until smooth.

Step 3 -Serve.
