Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 3/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup white cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
  • 1/2 cup yellow cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • celery sticks, optional, to taste, for serving

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2 -In an oven-safe skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.

Step 3 -Add the garlic to the melted butter and cook, while stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Step 4 -Add the chicken and the hot sauce to the butter mixture and stir to combine.

Step 5 -Bring the Buffalo chicken mixture to a simmer and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 6 -Add the cream cheese to the Buffalo chicken mixture and cook, while stirring, until it is melted and incorporated.

Step 7 -Transfer the skillet from the heat.

Step 8 -Add the ranch dressing to the Buffalo chicken mixture and stir to combine.

Step 9 -Sprinkle the white cheddar cheese and the yellow cheddar cheese evenly over the Buffalo chicken mixture.

Step 10 -Bake until the Buffalo chicken mixture is bubbly throughout, about 10 minutes.

Step 11 -Switch the oven to broil and broil until the top is browned, about 1-2 minutes.

Step 12 -Garnish the dip with the green onions and serve with the celery sticks.
