It's time for our annual spring garden brunch! Complete with floral patterns and fun hats, we look forward to it each year. What our guests get most excited about is our spread... specifically, our special Spring Mimosas. We fill each flute full of our favorite bubbly and top it off with a strawberry-orange purée to bring in some fruitiness and extra sweetness. It's one of our favorite ways to celebrate all the blooms and warmer temps. So, if you're looking for a way to do the same, pour some Spring Mimosas, and commemorate this magically delightful season!
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced, plus more, to taste, for garnish
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 (750-mililitter) bottle prosecco
Directions
Step 1 -In a blender, add 2 cups of the strawberries and the orange juice and blend until a purée forms.
Step 2 -In six Champagne flutes, add about 1/2 cup of the prosecco to each and top with 1/4 cup of the strawberry purée.
Step 3 -Serve the mimosas garnished with the extra strawberry slices.
