  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 (1-pound) pork tenderloins
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, very finely chopped

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2 -Mix the cider vinegar, the soy sauce, and the honey together in a small bowl. Set the sauce mixture aside.

Step 3 -In a separate small bowl, combine the garlic powder, the paprika, the salt, and the pepper together to make a rub.

Step 4 -Sprinkle the rub mixture over the tenderloins on all sides.

Step 5 -In a large ovenproof skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.

Step 6 -Begin to sear the tenderloins until golden on all sides, about 3 minutes per side.

Step 7 -Right before finishing searing, add the chopped garlic to the skillet and cook until golden, about 2 minutes.

Step 8 -Add the sauce to the skillet and rotate the tenderloins in the sauce to ensure an even coating.

Step 9 -Transfer the skillet to the oven.

Step 10 -Roast to your preferred level of doneness, until 145 degrees F at minimum, about 15-18 minutes.

Step 11 -Remove the skillet from the oven.

Step 12 -Transfer the tenderloins to a platter or cutting board and tent it with foil.

Step 13 -Place the skillet with the remaining sauce back on the stovetop over medium heat, allowing it to simmer until the sauce thickens, about 3 minutes or.

Step 14 -Remove the skillet from the heat and place the tenderloins back in the skillet to coat it in the sauce.

Step 15 -Slice the pork and serve with the sauce!
