Ingredients

  • 1/2 head green cabbage, cut into 4 wedges
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • garlic powder, to taste
  • red pepper flakes, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 lemons, halved

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Step 2 -Brush both sides of each of the cabbage wedges with the olive oil.

Step 3 -Season the cabbage wedges with the garlic powder, the red pepper flakes, the salt, and the pepper.

Step 4 -Arrange the cabbage wedges on a baking sheet.

Step 5 -Roast the cabbage wedges in the oven for 15 minutes.
