Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh jalapeño, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 cups frozen white corn, thawed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • tortilla chips, optional, to taste, for serving

Directions

Step 1 -In a bowl, add the cilantro, the onions, the jalapeños, the lemon juice, and the lime juice and mix well to combine.

Step 2 -In a large bowl, add the corn and the salt and stir to combine.

Step 3 -Add the onion mixture to the corn and mix well to combine.

Step 4 -Chill the salsa for 30 minutes.

Step 5 -Serve with the tortilla chips.
