Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 8 pork chops, boneless
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2 -In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the oil.

Step 3 -Add the pork chops to the oil and cook until seared.

Step 4 -In a medium bowl, combine the condensed soup and the milk.

Step 5 -Arrange the potatoes and the onions in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Step 6 -Place the seared pork chops over the potatoes and the onions.

Step 7 -Pour the soup mixture over the pork chop mixture.

Step 8 -Bake the pork chop mixture for 30 minutes.

Step 9 -Top the pork chop mixture with the cheese and bake until the meat reaches an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees F, about 30 minutes.

Step 10 -Serve.
