Ingredients

  • For the smoothie:
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk, light or regular
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 1 cup mango, frozen
  • 1 cup pineapple, frozen
  • Optional garnishes:
  • maraschino cherries, to taste
  • lime slices, to taste
  • mint sprigs, to taste
  • pineapple wedges, to taste

Directions

Step 1 -In a blender, add the pineapple juice, the coconut milk, the banana, the frozen mango, and the frozen pineapple and blend until completely smooth.

Step 2 -Evenly pour the smoothie mixture between two glasses.

Step 3 -Serve with your favorite optional garnishes.
