Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) container plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 (10-ounce) container roasted red pepper hummus
  • 1/4 red onion, minced
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, roasted and chopped
  • 5 peppadew peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • dippers, such as carrots, pita chips, or crackers, to taste

Directions

Step 1 -Spread the Greek yogurt on the bottom of an 8x8-inch dish.

Step 2 -Spread the hummus evenly on top of the yogurt.

Step 3 -Sprinkle the red onions, the cucumbers, the cherry tomatoes, the red bell peppers, the peppadew peppers, the feta cheese, and the parsley on top of the hummus.

Step 4 -Serve immediately with your favorite dippers.
