  • 1 (16-ounce) package spaghetti
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 10 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano or 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Step 1 -Cook the spaghetti to al dente, according to package directions.

Step 2 -In a skillet over low heat, heat the olive oil.

Step 3 -Add the garlic to the oil and cook until lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Step 4 -Transfer the skillet from the heat.
