About
This is a heavenly delicious sandwich. This is the kind of sandwich that appears with an angelic choir singing its praises. This is the Divine Croissant Sandwich. A buttery, flaky croissant serves as the bread in this elegant and savory ham sandwich, but that's only the base level of luxury this dish offers. Floral, lightly grilled peaches add sweetness balanced out by leafy arugula. Instead of just any cheese, this Divine Croissant Sandwich uses creamy French brie. Who needs mayo when that's on the sandwich? Ham and cheese sandwiches have never felt this indulgent!
Ingredients
- 1 croissant, halved
- 3 ounces French brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 large peach, lightly grilled and sliced
- 1/2 cup arugula
- 4 ounces uncured smoked ham, sliced
Directions
Step 1 -Slice the croissant in half lengthwise.
Step 2 -Open the croissant and top the bottom layer with the brie, the peaches, the arugula, and the ham.
Step 3 -Replace the top of the croissant and serve.
