  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce, outer leaves and stem removed, wedged into 4 pieces
  • 1 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tablespoon chives, diced
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled

Directions

Step 1 -Plate the wedges of lettuce on four plates.

Step 2 -Drizzle the lettuce wedges evenly with the blue cheese dressing.
