Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 orange, zested and juiced
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 2 (8-10 ounce) ribeye steaks

Directions

Step 1 -In a large resealable bag, add the olive oil, the orange zest, the orange juice, the lemon zest, the lemon juice, the garlic, and the rosemary.

Step 2 -Add the steaks to the marinade, seal the bag, and turn to coat. Marinate for 1 hour-1 hour 30 minutes, turning the bag every 30 minutes to keep the steaks evenly coated.

Step 3 -Prepare and preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Step 4 -Cook the ribeyes on the grill until you achieve your desired doneness, 135 degrees F for medium-rare.

Step 5 -While the steaks cook, pour the remaining marinade into a small saucepan on the skillet and bring to a boil.

Step 6 -Once the sauce has thickened, remove it from heat.

Step 7 -Allow the steaks to rest for a few minutes after cooking.

Step 8 -Drizzle the steaks with the warm citrus sauce and serve with your favorite sides.
