Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound bacon
  • 3 small scallions, thinly sliced, plus more for garnish
  • 3 sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup ranch dressing

Directions

Step 1 -Cook the bacon until it is crisp and drain it on paper towels.

Step 2 -Finely chop the cooked bacon.

Step 3 -Reserve 2 tablespoons of the chopped bacon and stir the remaining bacon into a medium bowl with the scallions, the tomatoes, the cream cheese, and the ranch dressing.

Step 4 -Transfer the mixture to a serving dish.
