The fun freedom of summertime is so sweet, you can almost taste it–and with a Bahama Mama in hand, you actually can! Tart orange juice, sweet pineapple juice, nectarous dark rum, tropical coconut rum, acidic lime juice, and fruity grenadine are all mixed together and poured over a tall glass of ice. Garnished with a wedge of pineapple, all the maraschino cherries you can fit, and, of course, a little umbrella, Bahama Mama looks as fun and summery as it tastes!

Ingredients

  • ice, crushed, to taste
  • 2 ounces orange juice
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce dark rum
  • 1/2 ounce coconut rum
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • grenadine, to taste
  • pineapple, optional, for garnish, wedged
  • maraschino cherries, optional, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 -Fill a tall glass with the crushed ice.

Step 2 -Pour in the orange juice, pineapple juice, dark rum, coconut rum, lime juice, and grenadine.

Step 3 -Stir the juices to combine.

Step 4 -Garnish the glass with pineapple wedges and maraschino cherries.
