Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) container sour cream
  • 1/4 cup taco seasoning
  • 2 (15-ounce) cans refried beans
  • 3 cups guacamole, store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups Mexican cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives, drained
  • 1/3 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
  • tortilla chips, to taste, for serving

Directions

Step 1 -In a medium bowl, add the sour cream and the taco seasoning and whisk to combine.

Step 2 -Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the sour cream mixture until ready to use.

Step 3 -Evenly spread the refried beans in the bottom of an ungreased 9x13-inch baking dish.

Step 4 -Evenly spread the guacamole over the refried beans.

Step 5 -Evenly spread the reserved sour cream mixture over the guacamole layer and sprinkle with the cheese, the tomatoes, the olives, the red onions, the green onions, and the cilantro.

Step 6 -Serve the dip with the chips.
