Tea Party Sangria is a unique beverage fusion so good we can't believe it exists. The bright fruit flavors infuse the classic herbal taste of that fresh-brewed tea, adding a new vibrancy to the drink you already love. Garden parties will never be the same once you serve up Tea Party Sangria... mostly because everyone will want it at their parties, too!

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces white wine, such as pinot grigio
  • 1/2 orange, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 lemon, roughly chopped
  • 6 1/2 ounces water
  • 2 tea bags chamomile tea
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ice, to taste
  • 1 1/2 ounces dry vermouth
  • orange peel, optional, to taste, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 -In a small bowl, add the white wine, the orange pieces, and the lemon pieces and lightly muddle the mixture to release some of the fruit juices.

Step 2 -Stir the wine mixture gently.

Step 3 -Chill the wine mixture in the refrigerator.

Step 4 -In a pot over high heat, add the water and bring it to a boil.

Step 5 -Add the tea bags and the honey to the hot water and allow the mixture to steep for 15 minutes.

Step 6 -Allow the tea mixture to cool completely to room temperature.

Step 7 -In two stemless gin balloon glasses, add the wine mixture.

Step 8 -Add the ice to the serving glasses.

Step 9 -Add 3/4 ounce of the vermouth to each of the serving glasses, then add the chilled tea mixture, gently stirring to combine.

Step 10 -Serve garnished with the orange peels.
