Ingredients

  • 5 pounds russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into large pieces
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup taco seasoning

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2 -Line two 18x26-inch baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 3 -In a large bowl, add the potato pieces and evenly drizzle them with the olive oil.

Step 4 -Evenly sprinkle the taco seasoning over the potato pieces and toss until they are well-coated.

Step 5 -Evenly divide the seasoned potato pieces between the two prepared baking sheets and spread them each into a single layer.

Step 6 -Bake the potato pieces until they are crispy, about 35-40 minutes.
