- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar, plus more, to taste
Directions
Step 1 -In a blender, add the banana, the cauliflower, the cocoa powder, the instant coffee, the milk, and 1/2 teaspoon of the sugar and blend until smooth.
Step 2 -Taste the smoothie, adding more of the extra sugar as desired.
Step 3 -Serve.
