  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pounds pork chops
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup barbeque sauce
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, for taste

Directions

Step 1 -Drizzle a skillet with the olive oil and heat over medium-high heat on the stovetop.

Step 2 -Place the pork chops in the skillet and sear for 5 minutes.

Step 3 -Season with the salt and the pepper.

Step 4 -Flip the pork chops.

Step 5 -Season the other side and sear for another 5 minutes.

Step 6 -Add in the water and the barbeque sauce.

Step 7 -Cover and simmer on low until cooked through, about 5-10 minutes.

Step 8 -Serve hot!
