Ingredients
- 1 (32-ounce) package Velveeta® cheese, cubed
- 2 (6-ounce) cans lump crabmeat, drained
- 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup frozen cooked salad shrimp, thawed
- freshly ground black pepper, optional, to taste, for serving
- French bread baguette, to taste, sliced, for serving
Directions
Step 1 -Grease a 3-quart slow cooker.
Step 2 -In the prepared slow cooker, add the cheese cubes, the crabmeat, the diced tomatoes with green chilies and their juices, and the shrimp and stir to combine.
Step 3 -Cover the slow cooker and cook the shrimp mixture on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is melted, about 1 hour 30 minutes-2 hours.
Step 4 -Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and top with the freshly ground black pepper.
Step 5 -Serve the dip with the bread slices.
