Ingredients

  • 1 (3-ounce) package ramen noodles, flavor packet reserved for separate use or discarded
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • chili flakes, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon peanut oil
  • 1 green onion, optional, chopped, for garnish

Directions

Step 1 -In a pot of boiling water, add the ramen noodles and cook them according to the package directions.

Step 2 -In a bowl, add the eggs, the soy sauce, the vinegar, the chili flakes, the salt, and the black pepper and whisk to combine.

Step 3 -In a pan over medium-low heat, add the oil.

Step 4 -Drain the noodles and add them to the egg mixture.

Step 5 -Add the egg mixture to the hot oil and cook, flipping it once, until the eggs are fully set, about 3 minutes per side.

Step 6 -Serve garnished with the green onions.
