Ingredients

  • For the pizza:
  • 1 (12-inch) pizza crust, prebaked
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup refrigerated fully-cooked barbeque shredded beef, store-bought or homemade
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped or quartered
  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapeño slices
  • 1 cup Colby-Jack cheese, shredded
  • Optional toppings:
  • lettuce, to taste, shredded
  • sour cream, to taste
  • salsa, to taste

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Step 2 -Place the crust on an ungreased pizza pan.

Step 3 -Brush the crust with the oil.

Step 4 -Spread the beans evenly over the crust.

Step 5 -Top the bean layer with the beef, the tomatoes, the jalapeños, and the cheese.

Step 6 -Bake until the cheese is melted, about 10-15 minutes.

Step 7 -Serve topped with the lettuce, the sour cream, and the salsa.
