Ingredients

  • 2 cups romaine, chopped
  • 1 strip bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 egg, soft-boiled, halved
  • 1 (4-ounce) hanger steak, grilled, thinly sliced against the grain
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • 1/2 cup quinoa, cooked
  • dressing, optional, to taste, of your choice
  • baguette, optional, to taste, torn, for serving

Directions

Step 1 -On a large plate, pile the romaine high in the center.

Step 2 -Top the romaine with the bacon, the egg, the steak slices, the tomatoes, the avocado, the blue cheese, the snap peas, and the quinoa.

Step 3 -Top the salad evenly with the dressing.

Step 4 -Serve with the baguette.
