Ingredients

  • 3 cups mango chunks, frozen, plus more, to taste, for garnish
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

Directions

Step 1 -Place 3 cups of the mango chunks, the ginger, the sugar, and the heavy cream into a blender.

Step 2 -Blend the mixture until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed, until no mango chunks remain and everything is smooth.

Step 3 -Spoon or pour the mixture into a large resealable plastic bag.

Step 4 -Set the bag standing up in a large glass or bowl.

Step 5 -Place the large glass or bowl with the mango-filled bag in the fridge for 1 hour 30 minutes.

Step 6 -Transfer the bag from the freezer and snip a large opening, about 1-inch in size, from one corner of the bag.

Step 7 -Pipe the mango whip into a serving glass.

Step 8 -Serve garnished with the extra mango chunks.
