- 1 (3.4-ounce) box instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 teaspoon walnuts or pecans, optional, chopped, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 -In a mixing bowl, add the crushed pineapple, the pudding mix, and the whipped topping and gently fold to combine, making sure the pudding mix is fully incorporated.
Step 2 -Sprinkle the pineapple mixture with the chopped walnuts.
Step 3 -Cover the mixing bowl and refrigerate it until chilled, about 2 hours.
