There are few meals more comforting than Down-Home Country Ham & Potatoes. Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 pounds ham, fully-cooked and sliced about 1/2-inch-thick
- 1 1/2 pounds potatoes, peeled and quartered, cooked
- fresh parsley leaves, to taste, snipped
Directions
Step 1 -In a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
Step 2 -Add the ham and brown it on both sides until heated through, about 3 minutes per side.
Step 3 -Move the ham to one side of the skillet.
Step 4 -Add the potatoes to the empty side of the skillet and brown until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 5 -Sprinkle the potatoes with the parsley.
Step 6 -Serve.
